The General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB) is an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), multiple award contract that provides agencies with flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. Under OASIS SB, Rumph and Associates, P.C. can readily satisfy any Federal agency or state and local entity’s mission enhancement needs with the following solutions:
- Audit and Attestation Services
- Accounting and Financial Services
- Economic Development
- Public Health
- Professional Services
OASIS SB provides a streamlined government-wide acquisition solution for both commercial and non-commercial needs. OASIS SB is designed to reduce duplication of contracting efforts across the government and provide Federal agencies with easy access to highly skilled integrated professional services companies such as Rumph and Associates. OASIS SB is available for use by all Federal Government agencies as well as state and local entities eligible to use GSA Sources and Supply schedules. OASIS SB allows for all contract types at the task order level (e.g., Cost-Reimbursement (all types), Fixed-Price (all types), Time-and-Materials, and Labor-Hour). Task orders may include incentives, performance based measures, multi-year or option periods, and commercial or non-commercial items.
