Managing Partner

Tom Rumph

Tom is currently Managing Partner at Rumph and Associates, P.C. and has been since establishing the company in March 2007. Tom is responsible for establishing the vision and mission of the company and ensuring a culture of family, excellence, social awareness and learning. Rumph and Associates provides services to commercial and governmental clients worldwide. Tom has approximately 25 years' experience as a CPA. Tom received his BBA from the University of Georgia and his MBA from the University of Houston. He is a licensed CPA in the states of Georgia and Alabama. Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of CPAs and the Alabama Society of CPAs.

Freda Manning-Rumph

Freda received her BBA degree at the University of Georgia, and her MBA in Finance at the University of Houston. Her career began as an IT professional in Houston, TX. While living in Johannesburg, South Africa, Freda ventured into the education sector and continued her career in the education sector for 15 years. She is now managing daily operations at the Rumph and Associates headquarters and continuing to promote the business and provide support services to the various clients.

Gwen Maditse

Gwen began her finance career with a BA degree in Finance from Clark-Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA. After obtaining a Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University Law School and becoming a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Gwen began working as a commercial lawyer for Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, and licensing. Eventually, a journey to South Africa lead Gwen to began working in banking and compliance. Gwen holds certificates in Compliance Management and Corporate Governance from Rand Afrikaans University (currently the University of Johannesburg). In addition to Gwen's work as Managing Director o Rumph's South African office, Gwen is a board member of the Guiding Light Career Center, a not for profit organization that provides career education and guidance to school students, and the Baptist Theological College in Randburg, South Africa.

Hein Maas

Hein received his Bachelor of Economics degree with an emphasis on Business Administration and Accounting in Leiden, The Netherlands. He is fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish, German, and French, and he has a deep understanding of Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Hein Maas has spent 30 years living and working overseas in China, South Africa, Mexico, the Netherlands, Jordan, and Peru. Hein’s career started in Beijing, China as an accountant at the Canadian Embassy. In addition to his global financial career Hein has extensive experience working with the U.S. government. In Mexico he worked at the Monterrey consulate for the U.S. Department of State. He was a Price/Cost Analyst for USAID’s Regional Office of Acquisition and Assistance at the US Embassy in Lima, Peru. In 2013, Hein returned to the U.S. and started at Rumph and Associates. Hein is Rumph’s Director of Contracts and is responsible for managing programs and contracts, proposal management, price and cost accounting, and compliance.

Tony Guthrie

Tony Guthrie has been with Rumph and Associates since 2019. He is a seasoned veteran with 14 years of Business Development, Program Management and Capture Management Experience in the Government Contracting space. His past portfolio include large wins such as part of the Leidos Team on MHA DHMSM $10 Billion, US Census 2020 $100 Million with AFS and CDC ITOPSS $250 Million. Tony has a Masters Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy and is a NAVY Veteran.”
